1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our noble companions, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., used grooming tools, opened treats, or pet beds showing signs of use).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale items or gift cards.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
As a curated boutique sourcing from global partners, please note that:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at rladudcks5477@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
